Return & Refund Policy

At OGBA Store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@ogbastore.com.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with all original accessories, manuals, tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To request a return, contact us first at info@ogbastore.com. Please do not send a product back without contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@ogbastore.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or video showing the product and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, clearance or final-sale items where permitted by law, and products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Return Shipping

If a return is required because an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, OGBA Store will provide instructions regarding the return and any applicable return shipping costs.

For returns requested for other reasons, including a change of mind, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable costs will be communicated before the return is authorized.

Exchanges

The availability of exchanges depends on product availability. If you would like a different item, please contact us at info@ogbastore.com so we can determine the best available option.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges, when applicable, may be non-refundable except when required by law or when the return results from an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@ogbastore.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
